Village Temanuata

Bora Bora

This longstanding institution is starting to show its age, especially the tired bathrooms. But overall it's not bad value given the irresistible location on Matira Beach and the promotional rates ('stay three nights, pay for two') when it's slack. The 14 bungalows are tightly packed together on a grassy property overlooking a narrow stretch of beach.

Only two units (nos 1 and 6) have full lagoon views. It’s within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. Breakfast costs 1400 CFP, wi-fi is extra and there are kayaks for hire.
