Bora Bora Camping

Bora Bora

Camping in Bora Bora? Yes, it's possible, but don't hold your breath. This is a very modest place with limited amenities (cold showers, basic self-catering facilities), but its location on the southern tip of Motu Piti Aau is idyllic, with swaying palm trees, gin-clear waters and mesmerising views of the mountainous mainland. Transfers to Matira are 2000 CFP per person return.

It's not permanently staffed; contact the owner a day before to organise transfers. Bring your own supplies as no meals are provided.
