Milk Bar

Valais

Old but gold, this mythical hut – around since 1936 – is justifiably famous for its grands crus de cacao (hot chocolate), thick fruity milkshakes, homemade tarts and crêpes dripping in homemade caramel. The atmosphere in the wooden interior is winter toasty and mellow; on the flowery terrace out back, it's laid-back and refreshingly low-key.
