Hotel Garni Muralto

Locarno

On a gentle rise above the station, but within a 10-minute walk of the old town, this hotel is worth considering for its large, modern rooms that punch above their three-star rating. It's worth paying a little extra for the balcony rooms which are large and light-filled; those on the back side of the building are smaller.
