Famed for its enormous pan-fried schnitzels (which many are surprised to find aren't ubiquitous in Switzerland, even in the Germanic part), the dining room of this eponymous hotel doesn't disappoint. That said, as you crawl away from your table to slip into a food coma, you might find der schnitzel, although among the best you've had, was also the most expensive.
