Hambergs Fisk

Uppsala

A cross between a gourmet fishmonger, deli and bistro, Hambergs peddles photogenic, flavour-packed seafood dishes made with prime ingredients, including vegetables from its own plot. Options range from juicy oysters to beautifully cooked Arctic char served in a delicate fish velouté. The good-value shellfish platters (495kr per person) are mouthwatering and you'll also find some interesting craft beers.

Self-caterers will appreciate the place, where you can pick up everything from smoked salmon to terrines, lasagna, olive oils and local cheeses.
