Don't be fooled by the mix-and-match garden furniture strewn below two flamboyant trees: in her citrus-yellow cottage with azure trim and red roof, the affable Rolande whips up some of the island's best traditional Creole fare with passion and smiles. Lunch brings bokits (Guadeloupian fried sandwiches) while mains range from aromatic goat stew to conch fricassee.
Finish up with a delicious mango crumble. There's even a small play corner for the kiddies.
