After a swim on divine Saline beach, drag your sandy feet to this equally stunning restaurant built into the rocky hill behind desert shrubs. The menu elevates native cuisine to gourmet status with cod-stuffed christophine (local root vegetable), creamy conch fricassee and shrimp flambéed in aged rum. Despite the heavenly grub, the ambience is refreshingly down-to-earth.
Pineapple cake with lime or Creole coconut pie make a worthy finish. There's also a great two-course kids menu (€15) and an astute wine list.
