Wow! India has gifted Jaffna a huge new cultural centre due for completion by 2019. It will include a large theatre, museum, art galleries and much more. The design takes cues from the neighbouring Jaffna Public Library. Once complete, it will truly be a very big deal and will revolutionise the cultural scene in the region.
