Looming above Vallehermoso, peaceful Añaterve was a bodega in the 1900s (the original wine press is still here) and later a police station. Today, it's a small Dutch-owned hotel amid gorgeous gardens, oozing welcoming informality, and is a popular spot for yoga retreats, with four bright, elegant rooms and an apartment, plus tasty vegetarian breakfasts and dinners.
