This is where wine bar meets steakhouse, sizzling nightly with local gossip, spare ribs and other grilled meats in a fashionable, tavern-style atmosphere. The local jamón ibérico (Iberian ham) is particularly good, sliced so finely as to be almost transparent. The modern Vinotinto Joven, opposite, has a younger, more intimate feel and offers creative tapas.
