Horchatería de Santa Catalina

Valencia

Horchata is a sweet, opaque, very Valencian drink made from pressed chufas (tiger nuts), into which you dip large finger-shaped buns called fartóns. Sample it in the heart of town at this traditional tiled horchatería. Expect to queue on summer weekends.
