Ca'n Pilot

South Ibiza

On Sant Rafel's main street, Ca'n Pilot is a busy, brilliant spot for Spanish-style grilled meats, with excellent lamb, pollo payés (country chicken) and beef. Order the chuletón (T-bone steak) for two and they'll bring a small grill and salted beef in semi-cooked slices to the table – you finish cooking it yourself to personal taste. Book ahead in summer.
