This must be one of Mallorca's oldest finca (rural estate) hotels. Sensitively reusing the stone buildings of an estate founded in the 13th century, it's all flagged floors, archways of ruddy local stone bracing whitewashed walls, and simple luxury. The vaulted dining room is notable, as are the terrace views across the pool, farmland and low hills beyond.
