Bruselas

Palma de Mallorca

Bruselas basically provides red meat to aesthetes, with Argentine steaks – such as solomillo con foie (sirloin with foie gras) – gourmet hamburgers and kobe beef served in a stone-vaulted basement. There are some innovative tapas (though few non-meaty options), and all goes down well with a throaty Mallorcan red, such as Son Bordils Negre.
