Bagel

Palma de Mallorca

The bagels are made here daily and have that authentic, slightly chewy, texture that can be so hard to find outside New York. The fillings are vegetarian and vegan with combos like avocado, hummus and beetroot and mozzarella, pesto and tomato or, for traditionalists, the more conventional lightly toasted with butter and strawberry jam.
