Farmers from all over the island deliver milk to this cooperative, 2km north of Isora, where delicious herreño cheese is produced. Pop in to buy varieties from queso fresco (fresh cheese) to ahumado (smoked), as well as local honey, or contact the cooperative ahead to arrange a free tour of its cheese-making facilities.

To get here, follow signs to Polígono El Majano from the HI35.
