With bench-style tables overlooking El Cedro's green basin, this traditional bar-restaurant is popular for its heart-warming local food, like papas arrugadas (wrinkly potatoes), tangy red mojo, goat's cheese bocadillos and the famous potaje de berros (watercress stew), delivered in wooden bowls accompanied by gofio to stir in.
It's also a basic campsite (per person €3): open-air showers and grassy terraces.
