Part of the Casa Museo del Vino in Santa Brígida, this place has some Canarian specialities on the menu, plus plenty of grilled meat dishes. The wine list is excellent, and every bottle on it originates in Gran Canaria. Tastings are available. Bus 311 (€1.55, 30 minutes) leaves hourly from Las Palmas to Santa Brígida, stopping at Bandama and La Atalaya en route.
