Mon

Top choice in Ciutadella

With Michelin-starred, Ciutadella-born chef Felip Llufriu (who trained under Catalonia's celebrated Roca brothers) at the helm, Mon offers just two tasting menus. Your three or seven deliciously inventive courses highlight locally sourced fish, meat and produce, featuring, perhaps, crayfish-stuffed avocado cannelloni or fresh fish of the day with orange-and-olive sauce. Choose between the sleek white-on-white interior or the back patio.

In summer, there's a small à la carte menu, too. The stylishly revamped early-20th-century building also hosts eight tastefully stripped-back rooms (€120 to €180).
