One of the best, if somewhat underrated, pintxo spots in town, Saburdi serves gourmet morsels of perfection in its stone-walled interior or sunny outdoor tables. Nibble on delicacies such as txistorra (Basque chorizo) with apple sauce, pickled anchovies with tomato jelly cubes and black-olive tapenade, or octopus and potato cakes.
