Behind its rustic stone facade, this contemporary wine bar has 50 wines by the glass, including locally produced txakoli, Tempranillo (full-bodied red wine) from Navarra, and reds and rosés from La Rioja, as well as over a dozen varieties of vermouth. Pair them with pintxos such as txipiron (squid-ink croquettes), bacalao confitado (confit cod) and alcachofas fritas (fried artichokes).
