The walls of this cave system, 6.5km northeast of Gernika, are decorated with around 50 different Neolithic paintings depicting bison, horses, rhinos and the like. In order to protect these delicate artworks, only reproductions are on display. Tours take place on the hour and last 90 minutes. Call ahead to reserve an English-speaking guide.
