The Bilbao-inspired treats here include chocolates in the shape of pavement tiles and Athletic Bilbao football jerseys. At Christmas, it's also one of the best places for seasonal local speciality sokonusko – layered nougat based on a Mayan recipe brought back to the city by Bilbao adventurer Iñigo Urrutia, who travelled to Mexico in 1881 in search of El Dorado.
