Billing itself as a 'coffee lab', Cinnamon brews organic, Basque-roasted beans in a spectrum of styles, and also serves fresh juices, smoothies, herbal and loose-leaf teas, and craft beers. Alongside its drinks list, its 'urban food' spans pastries and tortillas to salads and open-faced sandwiches. Vintage and retro furniture and fittings (such as a parked-up Vesper) fill the postindustrial space.
