Nobu Barcelona

Barcelona

The luxe 2019-launched Nobu, opposite Sants station, has fabulous views across Barcelona, especially from the excellent 23rd-floor signature restaurant and sushi bar. A sleek fusion of Catalan and Japanese design infuses the soothing rooms, which feature swirling blues, lots of natural light and, for some, custom-made bedheads and wooden ofuro tubs; the best enjoy city panoramas from the bath.

A spa is in the works for 2020, and there's also a stylish lobby cocktail bar.
