Creatively spiced, delicately grilled or sizzlingly stir-fried – beautifully fresh, organic local vegetables leap into the spotlight at top chef Xavier Pellicer's extremely popular 'healthy kitchen', just off upper Passeig de Gràcia. Platillos (shared plates) might include spicy roasted celery with dates or potatoes with wild mushrooms. Wines are organic, biodynamic and/or natural, and the interior features walnut wood, exposed stone and an open kitchen.
The attached El Menjador dining space offers a smarter, more gastronomic take with nine-course vegan (€95), vegetarian (€115) and omnivore (€145) tasting menus.
