A friendly team manages this gorgeously fresh, outstanding-value boutique guesthouse. Custom-designed in blues, pinks and turquoises, the eight rooms are inspired by Doñana national park, blending traditional charm (19th-century shutters, marble floors) with contemporary style (see-through showers, geometric lamps, rectangular sinks), and have thoughtful touches including coffee kits. Breakfasts (€6) feature organic Huelva jams, fresh juice and other local goodies.
