Hotshot local chef Juan Luis Fernández, who trained at El Puerto's celebrated Aponiente, was awarded Jerez' first Michelin star in 2018 for his astonishing, wildly creative cookery, which reinvents superb Cádiz produce with effortlessly elegant French technique. The few tables overlook an open kitchen, chef's-table style, and there are three experimental, seasonal tasting menus, paired with Spanish and French wines.
