Hidden up a few stairs from Alojera's volcanic beach, Prisma is a fine, simple shoreside spot to savour the fruits of the sea, including the daily-changing salty fresh catch and a recommended sopa de pescado (fish soup), accompanied by Canarian specials of grilled cheese and potaje de berros.
