Restaurante Las Rosas

La Gomera

Around 6km west of Agulo, the hamlet of Las Rosas’ claim to fame is as the home of this Fred Olsen–owned restaurant, which primarily attracts day-tripping coach groups for a live demonstration of Silbo (1pm) accompanied by a simple Canarian lunch of papas arrugadas, roast chicken, vegetable soup and the like.
