Hongik Sutbul Galbi

Real charcoal (rather than hotplates) brings out the flavours of the fine cuts of pork and beef at this galbi (beef ribs) joint; look for the stove on the street corner. Staff will do most of the cooking, then just wrap the smoky meat and sides in lettuce. It's open late, but expect to queue at dinner time.
