Though it may not look like much, this is one of Mokpo's finest hoe (raw fish) restaurants, where you can sample the local mineo (민어; croaker). Eat it as is or wrapped in ssam dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce. Dishes are meant for sharing. There's a blue sign out front.
