Although the conveyor belt rarely gets switched on, this Kalahari sushi bar continues to draw curious gourmands. As well as the familiar fishy options (fresh fish is flown in from Cape Town every two days), you'll find local quirks such as a springbok roll stuffed with biltong and avocado. There's also a typically meat-orientated menu if you don't fancy sushi.
