A cleansing Soutpansberg hideaway, this farm lodge is very involved with the local community. Accommodation is in colourful little cottages, with Venda bedspreads and cushions, tea-light candles aplenty and kitchenettes. The Dutch owners organise tours of local craft studios, and hiking, birding and village tours are also available. It’s some 10km west of Louis Trichardt, off Rte 522.
