Sunshine Coast

A suburban home transformed into an intimate and colourful backpackers by its passionate surfer owner. It has compact six- to 10-bed dorms and seven serviceable doubles as well as kitchen facilities. Overall, it's well kept but some bathrooms could use an upgrade. There are sweeping views of the ocean from the upstairs lounge and balcony. On-street parking only.

Surfboard rental and activities can be organised.
