Patisserie de Paris owner Paul Zwick spent 30 years in the television business before moving to France to train as a chef. He eventually returned to South Africa and opened the Patisserie, which produces delectable French breads and pastries, and imports top-of-the-line cheese from France. It's also a French-style cafe, open for breakfast and lunch.
