Hallmark House

Johannesburg

One of the latest projects of Propertuity, the developers of Maboneng, is this hip hotel with rooms on floors four and five of a renovated 1970s building. The lofty ceiling rooms are spacious, with polished concrete floors, balconies and African print headboards on the beds. There's also a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant with amazing views of central Jo'burg.

A free shuttle bus provides regular transport during the day to the main Maboneng district; walking around here after dark is not advised.
