A veteran of Gordon Ramsay's kitchen, chef Scot Kirton rustles up skilful dishes combining French and Asian techniques and flavours, such as quail breast in coconut and miso, and Karoo lamb-loin bolognese. The coolly elegant setting and personable service couldn't be better.
It's a new location on the Silvermist estate for this storied Constantia restaurant, but little else has changed.
