Part of Maribor's Pekarna alternative cultural centre, this bright and welcoming hostel south of the river is housed in a converted army bakery (pekarna is 'bakery' in Slovene). Accommodation is mostly in four-bed dorms but there are also private studios and apartments with kitchenette. Facilities include a communal balcony, kitchen, cosy TV room and laundry, plus free bike rental.
