Cubo

Ljubljana

The stylish 26-room Cubo has raised the bar of Ljubljana accommodation. The overall design is minimalist, with an emphasis on neutral tones of grey, beige and charcoal. Some of the high-quality materials used in the furnishings are unusual: check out the silver thread in the guestroom drapes that cost a king’s ransom and the bedside lamps made with silkworm cocoons.

The modern art – especially the calligraphy – adorning the guestroom walls and public areas is well-chosen. The in-house restaurant has gained quite a following in Ljubljana.
