The 'Blue Star' specialises in regally executed Slovak dishes: venison in cognac, tender lamb shank, and mangalica pork (from woolly pigs) on a silky pumpkin purée. The brick-lined cellar space, festooned with farm tools and a-twinkle with candles, feels equal parts romantic and rustic. A must-eat; reservations recommended.
