Unapologetically industrial with bare brick, exposed pipes and artfully rusty lamps, the 'Factory' (actually a hotel bar) serves its very own wheat beer, dark lager, pale ale and other brews besides. For an avowed beer pub, there's also respectable wine and rum offerings (and a full menu, from soups to burgers, for soaking up the damage).
