Pollen

Colonial District, the Quays & Marina Bay

Inside Gardens by the Bay's cooled Flower Dome (free entry when dining), posh Pollen is the Singapore spin-off of London's lauded Pollen Street Social. Its menus deliver artful, produce-driven European flavours with subtle Asian inflections. The three-course set lunch (S$55) is good value, while the upstairs cafe serves high tea (S$38) from 3pm to 5pm Wednesday to Monday (book two weeks ahead).

Pollen runs a frequent courtesy shuttle service between the restaurant and the Gardens' main arrival plaza.
