db Bistro & Oyster Bar

Colonial District, the Quays & Marina Bay

French chef Daniel Boulud's Singaporean outpost is the best of the celebrity chef restaurants in the Marina Bay Sands complex, simply because service is top-notch and prices aren't inflated to ridiculous wallet-busting heights. The menu: bistro-style French food with plenty of seafood; however, the signature dish, DB Burger (beef sirloin patty stuffed with foie gras), should not be missed.
