It may be lacking in height (it's dwarfed by the surrounding CBD buildings) and serve its drinks in plastic glasses (scandalous!), but Lantern remains a magical spot for a sophisticated evening toast. Why? There are the flickering lanterns, the shimmering, glass-sided pool – for Fullerton Bay Hotel guests only – and the romantic views over Marina Bay.
