River City Inn

Colonial District, the Quays & Marina Bay

Its location, on the 4th-floor of a shophouse, hasn't deterred backpackers from booking beds here en masse. The communal areas are well done but the upper level location can be a bit tiresome especially if you're carting heavy luggage. Staff are super helpful and there are female-only dorms available.
