Possibly the most affordable private-island resort in the Seychelles, the five-star Hilton Seychelles Labriz comprises 111 villas of varying levels of opulence. Most of them are spread along a narrow beach, providing ocean views and direct access – some also feature private plunge pools. There are no less than eight restaurants, including one in the historic Grann Kaz plantation house.
Its food and agricultural program is one of many reasons Labriz has won several environmental and sustainability awards in recent years. The list of activity facilities is prolific, with a tennis court (and coach), spa, kids' adventure centre, gym and nearby dive centre. There are also guides for nature walks through the national park to sites such as Anse Mondon. One minus: the main beach is too shallow for proper swimming at low tide.
