Lake Zaovine

Tara National Park

Surrounded by thick woods dotted with quaint villages, the artificial Lake Zaovine is a serene spot in Tara's south. Almost preternaturally peaceful, it's a top spot for doing nothing – as well as taking a dip. For more active exploration, rent a kayak (per hour/day 200/800RSD) from the Mitrovac visitors centre.
