The Kladovo branch of the National Museum in Belgrade is an excellent place to get a better grasp of the invaluable historic and cultural heritage of the Iron Gates and Đerdap National Park. Prehistoric tools and jewellery, Roman sculptures, Byzantine coins and other artefacts are only a small part of the museum's large archaeological collection.
